The Inspiration Programme: Business visits
Location: Flexible

The Inspiration Programme helps prepare young people from all backgrounds and circumstances for life and work as they prepare to leave mainstream education. We are looking for companies to facilitate a visit by a group of students giving them an understanding of what employers expect today, and different career opportunities within that company.
The Inspiration Programme: Mock Interviews
Location: Aylesbury
The Inspiration Programme helps prepare young people from all backgrounds and circumstances for life and work as they prepare to leave mainstream education. We are looking for volunteers to help prepare students for a job interview and the world of work. For many of our students this is the first experience of the working environment and applying for a job.
National Citizen Service Dragons Den Panel
Location: High Wycombe
National Citizen Service (NCS) is a programme which shows young people the significant impact they can make by getting involved in their local community via social action projects. In the Dragons Den each NCS team of 16 young people will present their chosen charity and their social action ideas to a panel of 4 dragons who can award ‘funding’ to help teams get their projects up and running.
We are looking for volunteers to join one of the dragons den panels to question NCS teams on their social action plan.
Caldecotte Xperience group activities

- Painting, decorating and garden maintenance tasks;
- Creating an accessible archery range;
- Building an outdoor pizza oven;
- Extending accessible pathways throughout the site.
We are very grateful and humbled by the generosity and kindness shown by amazing people, organisations and trusts who support us.
