The programme supports young people to have greater belief in their own abilities by becoming more skilled problem-solvers, better team-workers and stronger communicators.
This is Charlie’s experience on The Inspiration Programme
“Doing The Inspiration Programme helps the people that don’t naturally feel confident at communication or teamwork skills.”
“It develops communications between people, so all work is communication based. This programme helps them actually learn – alright, I may originally thought I wasn’t good but it turns out I am pretty much amazing at this, and its something I enjoy.”
“That’s what I think this programme brings forth.”
The Inspiration Programme broadens the horizons, thinking and experience of young people.
It fills gaps in existing provision by creating opportunities for young people, providing unique and unprecedented access to Business, Police and Criminal Justice, Health & Wellbeing, Arts & Culture, and Community & Environment.
The Inspiration Programme is an Action4Youth initiative delivered in schools and colleges across Buckinghamshire with students in year groups, from year 8 to year 13.
