2025's Big Challenge!

On Wednesday, January 29th 2025, school teams from Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire will gather at Stoke Mandeville Stadium to compete for the prestigious Ultimate Challenge Cup. With more schools joining the 2025 event, the competition is set to be fiercer than ever!

Last year, Sir Thomas Fremantle School claimed the trophy, and Buckinghamshire schools outperformed those from Milton Keynes. This time around, Milton Keynes has a chance to turn the tables and take the cup!

Following the success of our Big Night Out event, the Big Challenge Lunch launched in 2024 as a celebration of the achievements of young people across Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes. The event brought together students, teachers and community leaders for a day of friendly competition, awards and insightful discussions.

The 2025 Big Challenge promises to be even more exciting, with schools once again competing for the prestigious Ultimate Challenge Cup and a £1,000 prize for their school. Students from Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire will face off across eight activity stations, testing their creativity, teamwork and resilience in a race against the clock.

In addition to the thrilling competition, individual awards such as the Outstanding Achievement Award and Exceptional Leadership Award will recognise students who exemplify excellence and leadership. 

Attendees will enjoy a delicious lunch, fun activities, and most importantly, a celebration of the incredible potential within our local youth. Local business and community leaders will also have the opportunity to network over a VIP lunch and learn more about Action4Youth’s ongoing mission to enhance The Caldecotte Xperience and expand its transformative programmes for young people.
